Tea bag folding originated and soon became popular in Holland, where the envelopes from fruit teas were folded and used to create cards. The technique gradually spread around the world and has become very popular for card making. Kaleidoscoop papers were specially developed for those unable to obtain the tea bag envelopes and these can be obtained by visiting the following links. http://www.eggsasperated.freeserve.co.uk/trevor/ I soon mastered the folding technique and found the medallions quite quick to make. There are various ways of folding the tiles to create the different effects . All these cards were made with teabag tiles I designed myself using photoshop elements and a kaleidascope programme.
